We provide home companionship, a non-medical service for the elderly population and also for those who are in need of some assistance after hospital discharge. Our staff is meticulously screened, including a criminal background check, and driving record and employment history review. They meet the highest standard expected of them. We are fully bonded. Our companions will assist with all activities of daily living. These include: shopping, errands, listening, assisting with bathing, transportation to doctor appointments and to other activities. We will customize a plan suitable to our clients' needs. For those who are not in need of a home companion, we offer a monitoring service 7 days a week. The client will receive a phone call from a registered nurse twice a day, in the morning and at night. In the event there is no answer, the next of kin will be informed and if necessary, the client will receive a visit from our staff based upon availability. This service is tailored to provide peace of mind to families who are concerned about their loved ones safety and welfare, but who live miles away or have a stringent schedule that prevents them from visiting or calling as much as they would like.
